David, engineer, explained everything from his first site inspection. When completing the work he talked through exactly what would be happing. Locations he required access too and understood the complexity of the home. He ensured all areas remained tidy and removed all tools when no linger required. Lovely man fixed the problem/problems took him longer as he had to keep testing different parts made sure everything was working correctly before leaving would recommend without a doubt
Engineer Steve was brilliant.we thought it was aerial he checked on meter for strength of signal and said it was strong.He found it was the old sky box causing problem.Rang them and office gave us a price which was ok so Steve fixed it super now.Steve even put covers on his shoes.First class service throughout.
